camp wildflower
A four-day women's wellness retreat in the heart of the San Juan Mountains.
Ouray, Colorado | July 22-26, 2026
- Come back to yourself -
This 4-day retreat is designed as a space to slow down, breathe deeper, and be fully supported - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Rooted in the spirit of summer camp, your days will be spent outside, moving your body, exploring, creating, and settling into a rhythm that feels both playful and restorative.
Through intentional movement, time in nature, and supportive wellness and nutrition practices, you’ll reconnect with what your body has been asking for in a way that feels simple, steady, and aligned.
Along the way, sisterhood is built through shared experiences, open conversations, and time spent together - the kind that stays with you long after you leave.
Come reset, refill your cup, and return to yourself.

CAMP FAQs
WHAT KIND OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
You’ll be nourished with thoughtfully prepared, whole-food meals designed to support your body and energy throughout the retreat. Expect seasonal ingredients, vibrant plant-forward dishes, and clean proteins crafted to feel both comforting and energizing. Every meal is an extension of the healing experience.
WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY?
We’ve got you. We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs and allergies, including gluten-free and dairy-free options. You’ll have a chance to share your dietary preferences and restrictions after booking so we can support you with care and intention. *Please note that the kitchen is not a designated gluten-free facility.
HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR THE HIGH ALTITUDE?
We recommend arriving well-hydrated, prioritizing rest the day before travel, and taking it slow when you arrive. Drinking plenty of water, limiting alcohol, and nourishing your body with grounding foods will help you acclimate more comfortably. We’ll also ease into the retreat schedule to support your transition.
WHAT AIRPORT IS CLOSEST?
Red Mountain Lodge is located between Ouray and Silverton, which is a 75 minute drive (51 miles) from the Montrose Airport and 73 miles north of the Durango Airport. There are direct flights from many major cities to Montrose and Durango. Please plan to arrive at the lodge on July 22nd between 3-5 pm. The retreat will begin at 5 pm and end by 10 am on July 26th - afternoon departure times are best. It is very easy and quick to fly out of Montrose, but you will need to leave the lodge 2.5 hours before your departure time.
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?
We will offer two private shuttles from MTJ airport to the lodge on the 22nd before 2pm and on July 26th around 10 am. We will do our best to coordinate the specific times based on your flight itineraries, but may not be able to accommodate everyone. We will not offer a shuttle from Durango should you choose to fly there.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RENT A CAR?
If you prefer to have your own vehicle for scheduling purposes, exploration and ease, car rental is available for pick up at the Montrose and Durango Airports. There is no ride share in Montrose or Ouray.

Your retreat includes accommodations, meals, and all scheduled experiences. Additional costs may include airfare, transportation to and from the retreat, and any optional add-on excursions like the Via Ferrata and/or personal purchases.
